Management consulting firm focusing on Diversity & Inclusion, Leadership and Culture Change joins a prestigious group of women-owned businesses.

In December, Inclusity, LLC, based out of Toledo, Ohio was awarded WBENC certification. The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, founded in 1997, is the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned, controlled, and operated by women in the United States. WBENC, a national 501(c)(3) non-profit, partners with 14 Regional Partner Organizations to provide its world class standard of certification to women-owned businesses throughout the country.

WBENC’s vision is to be the leader in women’s business development. The council fosters diversity in the world of commerce. WBENC believes that diversity promotes innovation, opens new channels of revenue and creates partnerships which provide opportunities that fuel the economy.

According to Maria Arcocha White, Founder and CEO, Inclusity:

“We are extremely honored to have received WBENC certification. As a female business owner, I understand the challenges of building a business and making the necessary connections to help it grow. This certification will enable us to receive introductions to clients who value supplier diversity and appreciate the importance of inclusion in the workplace. Similar to our MSDC certification, which has been well-received by our current clients – helping us to grow our business – the WBENC certification only enhances our impact with like-minded future clients.”

Certification is the cornerstone of WBENC’s value proposition. The WBENC certification standard is the most relied upon certification of women-owned businesses. Certification is administered throughout the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands by our 14 Regional Partner Organizations. Internationally, certification is administered by our MOU partner, WEConnect International. The ongoing goal for WBENC certification is to be the most valued certification of women-owned, operated, and controlled businesses, which is recognized by public, private, non-profit and government entities.
