Intro to Inclusive Leadership
Participants will strengthen their ability to lead through this foundational inclusive leadership training, which will position leaders to actively foster inclusion in their organization. With an engaging format and positive approach, the workshop provides participants with a safe space to discuss and explore topics related to leadership and culture.

Inclusive Leadership Accelerator
This leadership development program blends 1:1 discussions with an Inclusity facilitator, an interactive workshop, and follow-up sessions to extend and sustain the learning. Based on the organization’s and participants’ specific needs, Inclusity provides leaders with a strategic path toward leading inclusively.

Inclusity L.A.B.
The L.A.B., which stands for leadership, awareness, and behavior, offers an unparalleled, immersive experience. The three-day workshop is a deep dive into emotional intelligence, socialization, bias awareness, and skill-building.
Leaders will gain deep insights and actionable skills to lead inclusively and navigate diversity of all types.

Micro Management Series
This development series offers continuous opportunities for learning and growth that are brief yet impactful. Based on our Inclusive Leadership Framework, the series helps managers and supervisors develop essential competencies and skills – like giving/receiving feedback, holding effective 1:1s, and how to engage across differences.

Leadership Development Program
When you fully understand who you are as a leader – and as a person – your capacity to lead inclusively will expand. This program will provide you with exceptional self-awareness, personalized development plans, and ongoing coaching. You’ll harness your strengths and address areas to improve, following a framework designed to grow inclusive leadership.
9-12 month program
Includes 360 assessment, Inclusity L.A.B., and 6 months of 1:1 coaching
Leadership Coaching
One-on-one coaching can be an effective way to help your organization’s leaders identify, develop, and achieve goals. Coaches empower individuals by providing structure, support, and feedback. As a result of coaching, leaders build self-awareness, develop their capabilities, set clearer goals, and act toward them.
