Research from Deloitte shows that “inclusive leadership behaviors…leads to a 17% increase in team performance, a 20% increase in decision making quality, and a 29% increase in team collaboration” Other research shows that inclusive leadership is proven to exert a positive influence on employees’ innovation on both the team and individual levels.
Leaders’ everyday actions can promote a culture of respect, fairness, and belonging. But this doesn’t come naturally to everyone; and that’s ok! Work experience and education don’t automatically make anyone an expert in leading inclusively.

Intro to Inclusive Leadership
Participants will strengthen their ability to lead through this foundational workshop, which will position leaders to actively cultivate inclusion in their organization. With an engaging format and positive approach, the workshop provides participants with a safe space to discuss and explore topics related to leadership and culture.

This accelerated development program blends 1:1 discussions with an Inclusity facilitator, an interactive workshop, and follow-up sessions to extend and sustain the learning. Based on the organization’s and participants’ specific needs, Inclusity provides leaders with a strategic path toward leading inclusively.
