Conflict 101
Learn to leverage conflict as a means of positive transformationConflict is inevitable! But with a proactive, inclusive approach, you can help shape conflict into something constructive.
Inclusity takes a fresh approach to conflict. Instead of trying to control, eliminate or even manage it, we seek to transform it (and the relationships with it) into even greater productivity and growth.
In this workshop, participants gain a better understanding of their personal conflict style as well as those of others. Through interactive exercises and role play, they’ll become more comfortable proactively handling conflict.
We recommend that all supervisors, HR managers, project managers and change agents take this four-hour workshop (expandable to eight hours).
