Team Connections
Engage Your Team, Strengthen Relationships, and Build Trust
Inclusity believes connecting people is at the heart of inclusion. We start by uncovering participants’ commonalities and individuality, which helps to build trust, spark conversation, and foster belonging. Based on research in neuroscience, psychology, and workplace dynamics, our interactive content and tools encourage meaningful discussions, and, ultimately, learning and growth.
Inclusity works with you to customize Team Connections to address your team’s specific needs. In each workshop, an experienced facilitator will provide a confidential and engaging environment so that team members will feel safe sharing and learning together.
Each Connection is two or three hours long. We recommend a maximum of 16 participants per session so that participants can benefit from the learning and growth that a small group setting provides.
TEAM CONNECTION 1
Getting Started
This Connection will create a foundation for meaningful connections. As participants explore how each person is unique and how identities shape our experiences, they’ll get to know each other in deeper ways. They’ll also explore why inclusion is important and how we can ensure everyone feels included.
TEAM CONNECTION 3
Vision, Values, & Expectations
Collaboratively, team members will set a vision and values for their team, to guide and inform their actions. In addition, they’ll discuss and agree to expectations for each other.
TEAM CONNECTION 2
Building Trust & Managing Stress
Trust is essential for an effective team! In this workshop, team members will learn about and discuss the dynamics of trust. This session also covers managing stress, so that the team can align on expectations of each other in times of stress.
TEAM CONNECTION 4
Feedback Skills
Feedback helps us grow, but the prospect of giving or receiving it can be daunting! Develop comfort with feedback through exploring and practicing a process in a safe, facilitated environment.
