Inclusion Conversation
Connect colleagues 1:1 through facilitated discussion
The pace of our jobs and our lives often makes it challenging to connect with each other on a level more meaningful than discussing the weather or work tasks. However, going just a little deeper is what strengthens relationships. Understanding someone more fully as a person can provide insights that improve colleagues’ abilities to effectively collaborate and communicate.
An inclusion conversation offers two colleagues the safe, facilitated space to connect and build trust together. It can be a great way to integrate a new hire and their supervisor or peers by quickly establishing a foundation of trust and healthy communication patterns. Inclusion conversations can also be helpful for existing work relationships, where colleagues can benefit from reconnecting with the guidance of a supportive and trained facilitator.
Inclusity’s facilitators have the expertise to ensure any conversations are meaningful and worthwhile.
Facilitated 1:1 conversations are typically 1-3 hours each, held virtually or in person.
