    Why Conscious Inclusion Training?

    Before we become aware of them, they are unconscious biases, which refer to the attitudes or stereotypes that affect our understanding, actions, and decisions without our realizing. Often, these biases are based on personal experiences, values, and cultural background. Unconscious bias can show up toward any Elements of Individuality, for example gender, race, age, disability, thinking style, and so on. It can occur in all areas of life, including the workplace, negatively impacting recruitment, promotion, and employee engagement and morale. Unconscious bias is a pervasive and can create toxic workplaces.

    So, how do people address unconscious bias in the workplace? Conscious inclusion training is one place to start. It equips employees and leaders with the awareness and tools so they can identify and manage their own biases. Through workshops like this, organizations can create a more equitable and productive workplace for all employees.
