“I  was very impressed as to how [the facilitator] could put issues on the table without casting blame, without alienating the staff and frankly and honestly addressed issues.”

conflict resolution

Relationship Rx

When we handle conflict in a respectful, positive way, it becomes an opportunity to strengthen relationships and trust. To address high-level or escalated conflicts, an Inclusity facilitator will guide participants through a process to determine the cause of the conflict, discuss the impact, and develop a plan to move forward effectively.

The process starts with 1:1 Conversations with each participant, followed 1-3 facilitation sessions.
