Maria Arcocha White is the founder and CEO of Inclusity. A recognized leader in the diversity and inclusion field, she has worked with over a dozen Fortune 500 CEOs, hundreds of senior leaders, and thousands of managers, supervisors, and individual contributors throughout North America and Europe. Her professional career of more than thirty years includes acting as the first ever Hispanic Sales and Marketing Manager for the Procter and Gamble Company, as well as a term as Vice President of Human Resources for R. R. Donnelley Logistics beginning in 1999. She later served as Executive Vice President of Pope & Associates, a leading diversity and inclusion training and consulting firm, and is proud to have served in an advisory capacity on the U.S. Senate Task Force on Hispanic Affairs.

Maria launched Inclusity in 2014 to pursue a new approach in diversity and inclusion. With her staff she facilitates in-depth culture change agent training, leadership development and executive coaching.

Maria holds an M.A. in Counseling from Xavier University and a B.A. in Communications from the University of Toledo. She works out of the central Inclusity offices in Perrysburg, Ohio.

Kipp Leyser

Vice President of Training

Kipp works to develop and lead Inclusity’s training, consulting and coaching programs, employing his twenty-plus years of experience in executive coaching, leadership and team development, organizational culture change and diversity training. He has worked across the United States and beyond its borders, working with over fifty Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, consumer products, insurance and financial services, higher education, and the non-profit sector.

As well as consulting, Kipp has worked as a manager of a family-owned entertainment business, as co-creator and deputy director of an AIDS virus research institute, and in human resources for a leading workers’ compensation insurance company in California.

While at JFK University, he was honored as the sole recipient of the Most Outstanding Student Award and the Pascal M. Kaplan award for excellence in scholarship and dedication to community service.

Kipp earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Sacramento State University, and a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University.

José Cox

Management Consultant

José is a management consultant and trainer with Inclusity. He is an expert in leadership development, executive coaching, D&I business strategies and community relations, having worked as a translator, facilitator and project manager.

His primary focus is leadership development: coaching and skill building managers to face the challenges of leading multicultural and global teams. He works to establish a level playing field for performance excellence, leading the way to long-term enterprise sustainability.

José has designed and facilitated D&I workshops to improve employee relationships, increase appreciation of cultural differences, create effective team interaction and develop conflict management strategies for major companies. He coordinated a supplier diversity program aimed at developing business partnerships between corporate business units and ethnic minority- and women-owned enterprises.

Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, José is bilingual and bicultural in American English and Latin American Spanish. He has utilized his culture-spanning skills to conduct translations and market research focus groups, as well as facilitate workshops, negotiations, presentations and consultations about Hispanic markets throughout America and Latin America. José has directed marketing campaigns to introduce energy assistance and conservation, electrical safety programs and health services to new markets. One of his proudest accomplishments was managing a $1.5 million budget for corporate social responsibility projects.

José holds a BS in Science Education from Temple University and a BS in Education from the University of Puerto Rico, with certificates in Corporate Community Relations, Organizational Development, Gender Communication Facilitation and Executive Coaching. He works out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Tina Jaynes

Management Consultant

Tina is an independent management consultant and trainer with Inclusity and the CEO and Founder of Jaynes Consulting, LLC. She brings a varied and unique set of professional experiences to her work.

Tina has more than fifteen years of experience in several fields, including pharmaceuticals, the automotive and transportation industries, and consumer appliances. She has also launched and managed a variety of successful entrepreneur endeavors. Her professional skills are in information technology, project and program management, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and organizational development.

Her professional and personal accreditations include a Project Management Professional Certification, membership in the Project Management Institute, Diversity and Inclusion Change Agent Certification, and certification as a Personal and Professional Coach.

Tina is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. She is currently completing a PhD in International Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a specific focus on Corporations. She also received an Executive MBA and a BA in Economics with specialty areas of Management and Communications from Purdue University.

Vern is a management consultant and trainer with Inclusity. He has over thirty-five years of experience working with teams to help them excel in today’s rapidly changing workplace.

Vern specializes in helping organizations maximize the effectiveness and productive cooperation of employees at all levels. Team members across the United States have experienced Vern’s keynote presentations and workshops and have found them to be effective in transforming attitudes, creating positive outlooks, encouraging proper action and improving work relationships and performance.

Vern’s professional work experience spans twenty years with the IBM Corporation and Wang Laboratories. He has received numerous business and professional awards over the years.

Vern’s book “Ode to a Manager: Your Employees Are Speaking; Are You Listening?” highlights the passion he has for helping people in all kinds of organizations.

Vern holds degrees from Morehouse College in Psychology and Sociology. He works out of Atlanta, Georgia.
